While pre-event preparation like research is permitted, all coding and design work for projects must commence only after the official start of the summit on November 1. Teams are required to submit a prototype along with supporting documentation by November 2, explaining the challenge addressed, methods used, and expected impact of their project. Reusing previous work is not permitted, as projects must be developed during the official competition timeframe.
The judging panel for the AITEX Summit Fall 2025 comprises top professionals from more than ten countries. Judges are vetted based on three criteria: demonstrated impact on the IT profession, a substantial body of professional work, and recognized standing in the technology community. The panel includes AI specialists, software architects, UX leaders, entrepreneurs, and policy experts, ensuring projects are evaluated from both technical and practical perspectives. Three top prizes will be awarded to the best teams, along with certificates and public recognition.
